On Saturday August 6th 2016 from 11:00 am through 5:00 pm the George Washington Carver Regional High School Alumni will be hosting a reunion of this Historic school, on the site of the school buildings still standing but
repurposed. All years of attendance will be represented [Years 1948 - 1968] {for a history of this school see the Hallowed Ground entry here}.
It is with distinction that members of the Blueridge Bahá’í Cluster will have the honor of tending a booth representing the Bahá’í Faith during this momentous undertaking. Members of the general public are encouraged by the Alumni Reunion committee to attend and enjoy in the enrichment these events have to offer. Members of the Blueridge Bahá’í Cluster who wish to attend and be present at the Cluster's booth are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and their usual big smile. We will be handing out pamphlets, stickers, and balloons. Please stop by one and all, you can't miss it, it looks like a high school you might have gone to, it is located at 9432 James Madison Highway [#15] Rapidan, Virginia, about 4 miles south of Culpeper and on the left (east) side of the road. Hope to see you there.
Update: A wonderful time was had by all. Some members of the Cluster from various groups were able to show up and support the booth and the spirit of the Reunion!. Please enjoy some pictures of the Cluster's booth at the 2016 George Washington Carver Regional High School Alumni Reunion.
